Leadership Under Pressure is a focused 1:1 coaching intervention for leaders navigating sustained pressure, overload, and decision fatigue.
The program supports leaders who remain functional on the outside, but notice increasing tension, reactivity, or exhaustion in how they lead, communicate, and decide.
This is not therapy, burnout recovery, or stress management training. It is a structured, non-therapeutic coaching process focused on clarity, responsibility, and regulated leadership under pressure.
The work addresses real leadership situations where pressure impacts judgment, communication, boundaries, and relational trust — without pathologizing or emotional processing.

4 individual 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes)
Delivered online or onsite
Typical duration: 6–8 weeks
